This tool scrapes any store URL, uses Claude to generate specific AOV recommendations based on what's actually on the page, and gates the full report behind an email. Every unlock is a warm lead for a CRO service.

Why did I do this?
During freelance work with Shopify store owners, I noticed a consistent gap - most had no idea how much small, targeted changes could move their Average Order Value. The opportunity and the fix were both hiding in plain sight.
That insight shaped the tool. Store owners get a free, specific analysis of their store - not generic advice, but recommendations based on what's actually on their page. Behind the scenes, every unlocked report captures a warm lead for an agency: someone who already understands the problem and wants to fix it. Valuable to both sides.
What did I learn?
Building this was my first time deploying with Vercel, which meant getting comfortable with serverless functions and environment variables fast. Connecting the Google Sheets API was harder than expected - authentication alone took longer than most of the AI work.
What would I improve/re-prompt?
Allowing a user to download a PDF of the final results which also sends a copy to the their inbox. A suggestion on priority fixes for them in order of importance. Ideas on where to speed check and supplying other useful resources for newbie Store owners.
